PREMIUM CARPET CLEANING

Let’s face it; it’s tough to get excited about the need to clean your carpets. At Evolution Carpet Cleaning we understand how you feel. So we try our best to make this process as seamless for you as we can. It’s our desire to get in and do the job efficiently with as minimal “downtime” to you and your lifestyle as possible.

Let’s share some answers to the two most commonly asked questions we receive almost everyday.

How long should we wait to have our carpets cleaned?
Imagine, you have a new born baby, a roaming toddler with a sippy cup full of red Kool-aid, or you’re an allergy sufferer; perhaps you’re the proud owner of a new puppy or kitten, or maybe you’ve just given up trying to get your kids to take their shoes off at the door. You can see that each situation is very unique. Each one of you could require a different answer to this question; however, most carpeting manufacturers recommend a professional cleaning every 12 to 18 months.

Aren’t all carpet cleaning companies roughly the same?
No.  As with any industry, carpet cleaners run the gamut from Bubba working out of the back of his car, to the low-price, high-volume franchises. There are five important values which distinguish a real carpet care professional from run-of-the-mill carpet cleaners: ReputationExperienceEducationSystems, and Guarantee.  In addition to these values Evolution Carpet Cleaning has a 12 step cleaning process for maximum soil and spot removal, without overwetting your carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind returning your carpet, as close as possible, to factory condition.

TILE & GROUT CLEANING & SEALING

Ceramic tile is one of the most abused and overlooked floor and wall surfaces in the home simply because of the care involved in cleaning it. No one is anxious to relive the terrible memories of scrubbing each tile and grout line for hours with a small brush and of using those irritating, harsh, and unsafe chemicals. Most of us would rather rearrange our sock drawer. So we wait and wait …

The good news is Evolution Cleaning & Restoration Services can make short work of this task, using only earth-safe products that won’t harm your family, your pets, or this world we share.

Evolution Cleaning & Restoration Services skillfully accomplishes the proper cleaning of ceramic tile. Heating purified water to over 230 degrees, we then inject an oxygenated form of hydrogen peroxide under 800+ lbs of pressure utilizing very specific tools and attachments. The cleaning results speak for themselves. Whether your tile is in your kitchen, bathroom, or some other area of your home, those stubborn stains, embedded bacteria, and germs don’t stand a chance. Your tile and grout will look very much as it did the day it was installed.

EMERGENCY WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION

It’s obvious that if you have a major water intrusion into your home, whether from the inside or outside of the home, the water and it’s effects need to be cleaned and dried to mitigate the loss and repair the damage. However many homes suffer minor water intrusions the homeowner tries to deal with on there own. If a carpet gets wet they try to extract the water with a wet vac and put a fan on the effected area. This can lead to serious problems down the road. All though the carpet may feel dry the backing can still be wet. And what about the carpet pad and the sub floor. These are usually still quite wet underneath the carpet and can take weeks if not months to completely dry.

Then there’s the water that can wick up the drywall and stay wet for up to a year. Water left in these areas to long will cause secondary damage to the surfaces but also is a perfect breeding ground for mold. Mold will start to grow between 48-72 hours after the water intrusion so it is important to dry the wet areas as soon as possible.

Here at Evolution Cleaning & Restoration Services we have the state of the art equipment that aids us in finding all the moisture. We also keep up to date with the latest technology in the industry to provide you the best possible service. Whether you have a major water intrusion or a minor one Evolution Cleaning & Restoration Services as what it takes to dry you out and protect the investment in your home.

CARPET & FABRIC PROTECTION

Carpet And Furniture Lasts Longer
With Fiber & Fabric Protection!

This application assures you of the best protection possible against resoiling and stains. Carpet & Fiber Protection has two protective properties. The first is an acid dye blocker that is basically a clear dye that fills the extra dye sites in a fiber. This helps to keep “foreign” dyes (such as red dye in a beverage) from penetrating the carpet fiber. The second property is called a “fluorochemical”. It is commonly known as 3M Scotchgard® or DuPont Teflon®. This treatment helps keep spillage from actually getting to the acid dye blocker, but its biggest job is to resist dry soil.

By resisting dry soil, less soil bonds to the carpet, therefore, more soil is being picked up by your vacuum. Making sure that you have a sufficient amount of protector on your carpet will help keep the soil from bonding to the carpet. Once it bonds to the carpet, it acts like sandpaper on your traffic area. Once the traffic area yarns are broken down, there is no way to bring them back to their original state.

Carpet & Fabric Protector can be applied to just about any type of furniture fabric including delicate fabrics such as silk. We can protect new or just cleaned furniture. Carpet & Fabric Protector has a solvent-based carrying agent that will not water mark delicate fabrics. Once the product dries, it will leave a layer of protection that will help the homeowner maintain furniture with ease.

URINE DAMAGE TREATMENT

Pet urine can cause permanent damage to your floors and fabrics. It can also create an unhealthy indoor environment. When urine is first deposited onto a floor or fabric, it has a pH of about 5 or 6, which is on the acid side of the pH Scale. It is easier to remove right then when it is fresh. Once it dries it turns “alkaline” or to a high pH between 10 to12 on the scale and becomes more difficult to remove. The warm acid state of the urine offers a perfect breeding ground for bacteria, which begin to flourish almost immediately. In this original acid state the urine begins to oxidize and react with the carpet to create a color change, which will become permanent if the urine is not removed immediately. Some of this color change can be attributed to the strong ammonia that forms as the urine passes through bacterial and chemical change. If left for days or weeks, depending on the fabric or floor type, it will change the dye structure, therefore causing permanent staining. Even if the soluble deposits are removed, the damage to the dye structure may already be done.

There are two sources of odors associated with urine. The first comes from bacteria that grow abundantly in dark warm places with a never-ending food source. A pet can feed the bacteria daily! This bacteria growth and breakdown of the urine creates amino acids. These complex organic compounds will often work deep into the fibers to a point of becoming part of the fiber. This can present a challenging situation. The waste materials and gases from the decomposing urine create an unpleasant odor. When dried urine is remoistened, it gives off an ammonia gas. If smelled once it is seldom forgotten.
